TUMBLES
Illustration

The Brief:
Wordless picture books are great for children to learn new concepts and life lessons, while engaging parents. The task was to illustrate a wordless picture that teaches children, between 4-7 years old, an important life lesson in an engaging, child-like way.
The Solution:
While parents teach their children how to brush their teeth, they often struggle to get their children to do it as a daily routine. Kids don’t always understand the importance of brushing their teeth, seeing it as a chore rather than a part of dental hygiene.
‘Tumbles the Toothy Tiger’ stars a friendly tiger who sadly chases everyone away because of his terrible breath! Each character and page was hand-drawn and coloured in with copic markers for a bright, child-friendly way.
By learning the importance of brushing his teeth, Tumbles encourages children to do the same in a simple, fun way that has children and parents grinning from ear to ear!
